Coca-Cola & CDA Plans Pakistan’s First Plastic Road in Islamabad
Coca-Cola Pakistan partnered with the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and TeamUp / National Incubation Center (NIC) to achieve a Waste-Free World.
Another interchange will be constructed on the Islamabad-Peshawar motorway, according to the PM’s spokesman.
This enormous project involves creating the concept of re-carpeting national highways with plastic waste on a local level.
The concept will initially be applied to a one-kilometer path in the capital of Islamabad. This partnership was formalized with a memorandum of understanding signing at the TeamUp / NIC offices in Islamabad.

Rana Shakeel Asghar, Member Finance & Environment CDA, signed the MOU on behalf of the civic agency. Following the signing, environmental professionals and government leaders debated the proposal in a panel discussion.
