FDA to Shift Water Installations to Modern Solar Systems
Announcement of shifting of all water installations to advanced solar systems.
ISLAMABAD, July 15, 2022- The Federal Development Agency (FDA) management has decided to replace all water installations in the city with modern solar systems. In this context, the Water Supply Department approved a PCW of Rs. 30 million at the CDADWP meeting, and the recruitment process for a consultant has begun.

According to authorities, different water works stages, including Poona Faqiran, Sangjani, and RL One, are initially being shifted to the contemporary solar system. Similarly, all of the tube wells will be moved to the current solar system in the following phase. It should be highlighted that these actions will not only conserve energy but also substantially cut down on expenses.

This is a crucial step in enhancing energy savings in keeping with the goals of the federal government and the Chairman Capital Development Authority. This will help to solve the energy situation as well as save billions of rupees.
