According to the most recent voter figures published by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), as of July 1, 2025, there were 134,428,577 registered voters nationwide.
The ECP data indicates that there are 72,124,209 (53.65%) male voters and 62,344,368 (46.35%) female voters. Although total electoral participation is still strong, the results show a continuing gender discrepancy in voter registration.
Breakdown by province: Punjab is the most populous province, with 76,563,243 registered voters, accounting for the largest number.
- With 28,172,274 registered voters, Sindh comes next.
- The number of electors in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) is 22,874,402.
- 5,613,371 Balochistani voters are involved.
- 1,207,287 people are registered to vote in the Islamabad Capital Territory.
As part of the ECP’s ongoing efforts to keep an accurate and current electoral roll, the updated data are part of the commission’s preparations for the next general elections.
