  • Registration may be revoked at the sole discretion of the firm if two consecutive installments other than the down payment are missed, and 20 percent of the total price of the applied plots will be removed from the deposited cash at the time of cancellation.
  • The management reserves the right to re-allot a plot that has been canceled. In this regard, no authority or court of law, as the case may be, shall question the management’s choice.
  • After making timely payments that have been acknowledged in writing by management, the applicant will be eligible for plot allocation by vote, as per the terms and conditions.
  • Following the ballot, the applicant will be assigned a plot number based on the size and category requested.
  • Physical possession will be handed over to the Allottee upon completion of project development and successful completion of payments by the applicant, including development charges/possession costs and all relevant dues collected by the firm, or the concerned government authority/department. The Allottee will have no right to enter or for his or her agents, servants, workers, or contractors to enter the allotted plot until the complete amount is made.
  • Applicant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the firm’s and the concerned authority’s bye-laws, rules and regulations, resolutions, and instructions governing allocation, possession, ownership, construction, and transfer of plots, as amended from time to time.
