45 Individuals Hired Property Tycoon Freed from Police Custody
Rawalpindi: The property tycoon left court after as many as 45 people were hired to serve as sureties after an intermission in a property. It is said that 5 of them are attorneys.
The FIR states that a case was brought against the accuser, but the judge granted him temporary bail. Tuesday saw the cancellation of the bail. Mr. Nadeem Ijaz, the director of a private housing association, was detained after being picked up by Chontra police. He was out on temporary bail from the LHC until November 30 after being charged with property fraud.
The theory further states that the police, the three attorneys listed in the FIR, and ten to fifteen colleagues began fighting. Mohammad Asif, a sub-inspector (SI) in the Chauntra police. That police van with the property tycoon inside barely made it to the U-turn after crossing Soan Bridge, according to the Fir. The police car was stopped by a convoy of 15 big vehicles, three jeeps, and four cars.

While the police and sources employed by Mr. Nadeem were stampeding, SI Asif said: During the chaos, Fahim Ijaz was able to rescue the handcuffed Nadeem Ijaz from police custody.
