96 Acres of Land Retrieved Worth Rs 109 Million in Minchinabad
Bahawalnagar: During an operation, the local government in Minchinabad recovered 96 acres of land valued Rs 109 million.

The land was found in Mauza Haranwala, claims Minchinabad Assistant Commissioner Muzammil Ilyas. He claimed that the Revenue office had applied to the police to file a FIR against the land squatters.
He added that 174 acres of agricultural land in Mauza Babyan Kalan, worth Rs 148 million, had so far been reclaimed from illegal occupiers.
In a similar vein, he said that in Mandi Sadiq, 52 acres of land worth Rs 30 million had been found, and a FIR had been filed against 11 people for obstructing official business.

More than 500 acres of agricultural land and three kanals and 12 marlas of commercial property have been reclaimed since the middle of last month, according to the AC, and this campaign will continue without distinction.
