Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah has issued what she called a final warning to director and television host Yasir Nawaz, asking him to stop making remarks about her on public platforms.
The warning followed a recent episode of a popular TV show in which Yasir Nawaz appeared as a guest. During a light-hearted game segment, the host jokingly suggested that Yasir choose Alizeh Shah as his “imaginary sister.” In response, Yasir replied humorously, “You make her your sister, I don’t want her.” The clip from the show later went viral on social media.
Reacting to the video, Alizeh Shah took to Instagram to express her anger and disappointment. She stated that this was her “last warning,” adding that despite five years having passed since they worked together on a project, Yasir Nawaz continues to mention her name repeatedly in talk shows.

She wrote that she no longer wishes to be associated with him in any capacity and asked him to completely refrain from taking her name on any platform. According to Alizeh, sometimes Yasir apologises, while at other times he claims their working experience was “not fun,” but she said none of this justifies repeatedly bringing her into public discussions.
Alizeh Shah further claimed that she has documented records of multiple shows in which she believes Yasir Nawaz has defamed her. She warned that if he mentions her name again or refers to her in the future, she will proceed with filing a defamation lawsuit without any further notice.
In a strong closing message, she added that if the behaviour continues, she would reveal to the industry the real reasons behind his negative attitude toward working with her, saying it would not reflect positively on his image.
