After launching the much-anticipated iPad mini update this week, Apple is now focussing on its Mac portfolio, with several announcements planned for the upcoming week. Apple’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, Greg Joswiak, confirmed the news by releasing a teaser on X. His tweet states that the revelations would start Monday morning, which is Monday evening in Pakistan.

With Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman suggesting that Apple has been working on a new Mac mini powered by the M4 chip, industry conjecture is growing around the anticipated announcements. Gurman’s sources claim that this next model will have proportions comparable to that of the TV from Apple 4K, making it even more compact than the previous model.
Apple’s M4 processor, which presently powers just the 2024 iPad Pro family, ought to be widely available. Along with the newly upgraded iMac, the development is anticipated to bring new iterations of the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models.
According to those familiar with Apple’s plans, the corporation will also release improved M4 processor variants, namely the Pro and Max models. Configuration options with the normal M4 and M4 Pro CPUs will be available with the next MacBook Pro version and the new Mac mini, according to reports. An extra high-end option with the M4 Max CPU is anticipated for the MacBook Pro models.
However, it has been stated that several devices will not receive updates during this announcement cycle. It’s anticipated that the MacBook Air, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro will stay in their current configurations until 2025, when their respective updates are scheduled.
