Apple Has a Sliding Screen iPhone in the Works
Apple is developing several new iPhone models, and a foldable device is just one of them.
According to Patently Apple, the Cupertino behemoth also appears to be developing a rollable iPhone with a sliding screen. They claim that an Apple patent for this technique, which was submitted in November 2022 and released this week, has been approved.

Several rollable phone designs have also been exhibited by Motorola and Oppo, but neither manufacturer has ever made a handset of this kind available to the general public.

Contrarily, Apple often uses more caution when integrating such technologies into its widely used devices. There is some hope for a potential rollable iPhone or iPad in the future thanks to the availability of an Apple patent for devices with rollable displays.
