In recent times of news, iPhone users have gotten new notifications from Apple. The information is about water detection. An Apple user may get a notification displaying when water is detected in a port while charging.

There can be severe issues if users neglect this notification. Ignoring it can cause pins on the Lightning Port or the Cable Corroding, leading to Permanent damage or Connectivity Issues.
There will be two kinds of notifications appears:
- Yellow Warning
- Blue Drop Water
The first notification that will pop up will warn that “Charging Not available.” While the message indicates “Liquid Detected in Lightning Connector.”
It is moreover, paying attention to these notifications if in severe conditions is also essential.

Apple has suggested some precautions for drying out your phone like:
- Tap your phone lightly with the lightning corner facing down to remove extra water.
- Placing it in a dry area with airflow.
- Please wait for 30 mins before charging it again.
- Furthermore, if the notification reappears, the liquid is still there.
- Apple says users must avoid heat or compressed air to dry their phones.
They were also discouraged from inserting foreign objects like cotton swabs or paper towels.
The important thing is not to put your iPhone in a bag of rice that may cause your phone’s health.
