Asad Umar for Disbursement of PSDP Funds to Expedite Development
Islamabad: Minister of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Asad Umar instructed the Planning Commission to distribute additional funds from the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) 2020-21 to the appropriate ministries/departments in order to guarantee the timely completion of development projects.
The Planning Commission’s mid-year review of PSDP projects was explained to the minister.

The meeting was informed that all ministries’ and divisions’ PSDP projects, along with their status updates and work schedules for the rest of the fiscal year, were thoroughly discussed during the most recent review exercise.
Asad Umar instructed the Planning Commission to collaborate with the relevant ministries and divisions to guarantee the best possible use of development money.
