Bahria Town Karachi Proposes Surcharge on Commercial Plot Files
Karachi: According to sources in Bahria Town, a notice announcing the surcharge waiver on active files of all commercial projects for clients who pay their outstanding installments by a certain date was published.

The note, which was printed on Bahria Town’s letterhead, indicates that Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, the company’s country head for sales and marketing, has given his approval for it. The official notice is still valid because it has been verified by many sources even though it lacks an official signature or stamp from the head of state.
In exchange for the payment of all outstanding installments by April 20th, a 100% surcharge waiver will be applied to all active files for commercial projects in Bahria Town Karachi.
The message advises owners to get in touch with Bahria Town Karachi Sales and/or Marketing Department if they have any questions because owners may have various overdue sums owing to various personal circumstances.

According to our sources, Bahria Town charges a daily fine equal to 0.05% of the outstanding balance. The message conveyed through this notice says that if your commercial plot file is active and it belongs to any project in Bahria Town Karachi, you can avoid paying the surcharge by paying the outstanding balance before April 20 regardless of how high the surcharge is on your late installments.
