Ballot for Plot Allocations in LDA Avenue 1 to be Held Next Month
Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Vice Chairman (VC) S M Imran stated that distribution of plots will be done by the end of next month after resolving the issues of those affected by LDA Avenue 1.

The vice-chairman made these statements during a visit to the development site for the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments and directed the responsible officials to closely monitor the quality of the construction and make frequent updates to the Chief Engineer, Amir Riaz Qureshi.
Moreover, he claimed that the LDA has successfully reduced the price of LDA Naya Pakistan flats from PKR 4.5 million to PKR 2.7 million in order to assist low-income members of the community.
In addition, he claimed that the procedure for awarding plots to 10,000 affected individuals in LDA City has been completed and that the remaining allocations will be finalised shortly.

In addition, according to Chief Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi, the LDA would oversee post-development and transfer upkeep of the apartment complexes and will construct 35,000 homes as part of the Naya Pakistan Apartments project.
According to Mr. Imran’s official Facebook account, construction on Blocks C, F, G, and K of LDA Avenue-1 is underway and will be completed soon.
