The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that all major tax offices across Pakistan will remain open on Saturday, February 28, 2026, to facilitate taxpayers.
According to the official directive, Large Taxpayers’ Offices (LTOs), Medium Taxpayers’ Offices (MTOs), Corporate Tax Offices (CTOs), and Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) will function as normal working days for the collection of duties and taxes.
The decision aims to provide extra convenience to taxpayers and ensure smooth revenue collection before the end of the month. Officials said the move will help reduce last-minute rush and support timely compliance with tax obligations.
