Canada Visa Delays as Backlog Reaches 1.1 Million

The immigration system in Canada carries a backlog of considerable volume, thereby making the processing of applications for citizenship, PR, and TR rather slow.

Pending: 38,100 applications Declined by 1.29% since August Permanent residency applications

Pending: 305,200 applications

Change: Increased by 1.46% Temporary Residence Applications Pending: 753,700 applications Increase of Rose by 2%, representing a gain of 13.44% since July.
