The discount policy is in effect from August 21 until September 16, 2023. In the current environment of excessive inflation, the CSC initiative by the developers is in fact highly beneficial for the members. It is important to remember that payments made as a result of property mergers are not subject to the discount policy.

The management of CSCI has decided to publish the following member discount policy in light of the current economic climate:
- For both residential and commercial plots, there is a 3% discount on each late or unpaid payment.
- 3. Each advance payment of residential and commercial plots receives a 6% discount. Discounts are available to members on up to three installments.
- 7% off new reservation for a plot with a 50% down payment, and 12% off new reservation for a plot with a 100% payment.
