Below is a discussion of the specifics of the November 2023 Capital Smart City New Discount Policy:
- The administration offers a two percent reduction on all past-due or unpaid installments for residential and commercial plots.
- In addition, members who pay in advance for residential or commercial plots will now receive a 4% discount.
- Customers who reserve plots with a 50% down payment will receive a 7% discount from the society; those who purchase with a 100% payment will receive a 12% discount.
It’s vital to note that members are eligible for discounts on up to three past-due or upfront installments.
Note
This updated discount policy is relevant to online, credit card, and cash transactions. Moreover, the discount policy only applies to residential and commercial plots within Capital Smart City and not to Villas Apartments or Smart Villas.
