CBR Town Phase-II Site Office Closed
Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has blocked off the site offices of CBR Town Phase-II on Chakri Road due to illegal construction.

The RDA has accelerated efforts against illegal housing schemes and unlicensed buildings in the area, according to a spokesperson.
Under the Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules of 2010, the RDA’s enforcement cell sealed the offices of an illegal housing scheme.
He stated that the RDA has already urged the public not to invest in unlawful housing schemes in their own best interests, since the status of any unauthorized housing project deemed illegal by the RDA could be verified on the RDA’s website. Otherwise, they will be accountable for their own losses.

He stated that the Punjab government had instructed the RDA to take decisive action without fear or favor against unlicensed housing schemes, their development/construction of booking and site offices, and encroachments.
