CDA Calls Bids for Development Works in Park Enclave III
Islamabad: According to news reports, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) administration has decided to release a request for proposals (RFP) for the construction work on the Park Enclave III housing complex.

Road, drainage, and boundary walls are among the development activities, according to the official release. The Park Enclave III, which reportedly covers 453 kanals of land, is expected to be finished in a year for a cost of PKR 490 million.
The CDA’s Development Working Party (DWP) has given the project’s PC-I its approval, and the development work has begun with the erection of a security barrier at the site where the housing development is planned.

In the housing society, around 1,047 plots of various sizes were previously auctioned, and the authority has recently started development work. In order to do this, a consultant’s services have been retained for the project’s environmental impact assessment (EIA).
Also, new tenders for the construction of additional infrastructure.
