CDA Cancels NOC Of Jinnah Gardens Housing Scheme Phase 2
The Jinnah Gardens Housing Scheme Phase 2 Islamabad layout design permission has been revoked by the Capital Development Authority. Sponsors’ non-compliance with CDA’s terms and conditions led to the revocation of NOC. Even after six years had passed, the Jinnah Gardens Phase 2 sponsors were still unable to fulfil the requirements in order to receive the CDA’s NOC.
