Islamabad: In the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched a two-year “Model Village Project.” 4500 residential plots, each measuring 10 Marlas, will be developed across 3621 Kanals of land as part of this massive model town proposal.
The community’s housing needs are one of the goals of the comprehensive plan. It is expected to be completed in the upcoming two years. In order to meet the various needs of its people, the model village will also have a commercial hub and three class III shopping centers.

As per the news sources, the model village would incorporate a health facility in order to ensure the safety and well-being of its residents, in addition to its commercial and residential components.
The community’s spiritual center, a Jamia Mosque, will likewise be a source of pride.
