ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced a six-month paid internship program for fresh graduates. This CDA Paid Internship program will begin in June 2024. It aims to help recent graduates start their careers and get job experience.
A representative from the CDA notified that the chosen interns will get a stipend of Rs 40,000 per month. The six-month internship CDA program will be available in the CDA’s numerous departments.

In order to qualify, applicants must have graduated from a government-approved university. Also, they should have a four-year bachelor’s degree within the previous three years. Applicants currently expecting their results are not eligible to apply. Study areas that are acceptable in this CDA Paid Internship include:
- Computer sciences
- Management
- Marketing
- Business administration

Interested candidates must submit an application within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication for this fresh graduate internship in Pakistan. There will be no daily or travel expenses throughout the interview process.
Strong academic records will be given priority during the selection process for the six-month internship CDA Program. The evaluation will consist of 30 marks each from the SSC, HSSC, and bachelor’s degrees, for a total of 90 marks. 10 more points will be given for the interview. The names of the shortlisted applicants will be shared on the CDA website, along with additional guidelines.
The CDA will decide on the number of interns, their responsibilities, and the internship’s termination. Also, interns can request to terminate their internship with a 15-day written notice. But they won’t get a completion certificate in such circumstances.
For this fresh graduate internship in Pakistan, applications are not accepted from students who have worked as interns with the CDA in the past. The internship is not renewable. Also, it does not guarantee employment with the CDA in the future. Only the stated stipend will be paid to interns. Also, they must strictly abide by CDA’s rules regarding confidentiality and discipline.
