CDA Makes Key Appointments in Planning and Land Management
ISLAMABAD: Within its planning division, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced substantial administrative appointments. The next Director of General Planning is Zafar Iqbal Zafar, a grade-19 officer in the planning cadre.
The specifics imply that he had previously held the position of Director of Master Plan in the same division.

Zafar Iqbal Zafar will continue to manage the duties of the Director General post in addition to his new appointment.
Arshad Chohan, who is presently the Director of Housing Societies, has been given the additional responsibility of Deputy Director of General Planning to work alongside him.
Furthermore, the extra duty of Deputy Director of General Architecture has been delegated to the Director of Traffic Engineering, Faraz Malik.
Another officer, Khalid Masood, has been appointed as the deputy director of land, according to a notification from the human resource directorate.

Following the inclusion of new responsibilities, Sidra Anwar, the previous Director Land, was appointed.
