CDA Revealed List of Approved Housing Societies in Islamabad
Islamabad: According to the most recent update, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has disclosed the most recent list of approved housing societies in Islamabad with the goal of giving prospective buyers or investors precise information. A strong enforcement strategy will be used by the authorities to stop housing project marketing and advertising without the required NOC. Marketing strategies without a clear indication of authorization are deemed unlawful and unauthorized since they can deceive investors and promote shady real estate deals.

According to the report, the CDA used a two-tier method.
- permitted technical approval of the project’s Layout Plan (LOP)
- No objection certificates (NOC) are issued following completion of all necessary processes.
According to CDA, sponsors can move forward with the development work and sale of the plots in the housing initiative after they acquire NOC. Moreover, Islamabad’s Zone 4 permits residential housing societies and agrofarming. It is crucial to note that CDA will only approve, give a NOC, or give clearance for housing initiatives that follow all necessary steps.
