CDA Sells Commercial Plots Worth Rs. 8 Billion in Just Two Days
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is currently conducting the auction of commercial plots in Islamabad for the second consecutive day.
Among the notable plots up for auction is the Sector H-9 Petrol Pump Plot, which has received bids exceeding Rs 3 billion.
On the first day of the auction, a total of 5 plots were successfully auctioned, generating a revenue of Rs 4,075 million. To date, a total of six plots have been auctioned, accumulating a sum of Rs 8,100 million.

The CDA considers this auction as a valuable opportunity for individuals to purchase and invest in plots within Islamabad. The open auction will continue until May 31 at the Jinnah Convention Centre, providing interested investors with ample time to participate.
