Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has disclosed information regarding an impending commercial land sale in Islamabad.
The insider revealed that the auction will take place at Ghandra Hall, F9 Park, between January 10 and 12. With 35 commercial plots, this calculated action by the CDA seeks to strengthen its financial stability in the face of persistent difficulties. On the first day, there will be 11 plots available for purchase; on the second and third days, there will be 10 and 14 plots, respectively, encompassing important parts of the city.

The CDA intends to display eight plots in prime locations, two plots in Blue Area’s business district and one plot on Park Road on the first day of the event.

There will be a wide range of activities on the second day, such as plots for lodging, motels, gas stations, hospitals, and woodworking businesses. Plots for agro farms, information and technology (I&T) centers, Aabpara market, and Class Three shopping centers will be the focus of the auction’s final day.
