CDA to Auction Plots in the Blue Area and Developed Sectors
According to an advertisement released in a recent update, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has stated that it would host an open auction of commercial plots of various sizes and dimensions in the blue regions and other established sectors of Islamabad on August 4 and 5, 2021.

At 10 AM, the open bidding will start at the Jinnah Convention Center. The advertisement mentioned the unique measures the CDA was taking to assist potential investors. These are some of the key points:
• After a successful bid, the investor must pay 25% of the total bid price within 30 days of receiving the bid acceptance letter to secure the plot. Special teams have been formed to assist and support investors at every stage of the process.
• 10% off when the bid amount is paid in full
• Collection of advance taxes using a pro-rata base
• Upon the full payment of the sum due and the approval of the building plan, the investors could begin construction.
• Sufficient parking for vehicles
• Participants will also be eligible to participate in the bidding process if their brochures were sold in March 2021.

According to the advertisement, the pamphlets are offered by the CDA Directorate as well as a few HBL, ASKARI, UBL, MCB, and Bank of Punjab branches. Moreover, the forms are available for download on the CDA website.
