A government-to-government contract is scheduled to be given to a government firm for the automation project. Within two years, the selected company is supposed to computerize 45 million paper records.
The automated property record system will also need to be maintained and run by the hired company. It is expected that this calculated move will allay worries about fraud and improve the efficiency of the CDA’s property management operations.
