According to a press release, all traffic will be completely stopped on the Srinagar Highway, Metro Bus Station, and Sector G-7/4 to commemorate the installation of one of these three pedestrian bridges. In addition, the government has asked the Islamabad Traffic Police to immediately create detours for the public’s comfort so that they are not met with any barriers.
In the same vein, the CDA administration has asked community members to collaborate closely with the ITP in order to prevent any undesirable events. The district administration of the Islamabad City territory received a direction from Dr. Gohar Ejaz, the interior minister, instructing them to start low-cost marketplaces for the general public in the city.
The minister declared that a more peaceful and satisfactory standard of living for the residents of the federal capital should be supported by the district administration and the Islamabad police.
