Peshawar: According to Dr. Liaqat Ali Shah, head of policy at the Centre of Excellence for CPEC, Pakistan’s seemingly unachievable real estate development targets will be achieved by 5,000 Chinese engineers and labourers. He stated that since the Sino-Pak partnership has been so successful, his goal is to see this through to completion.
Pakistan is experiencing a scarcity of necessary housing and communication facilities. According to Dr. Liaqat, international cooperation between the two countries is the only way to address the lack of skills needed to close this gap.

As part of its aim to enhance its infrastructure, Pakistan is constructing the CPEC trade route. This national transformation has the ability to expand the country’s potential on a regional scale. Dr. Liaqat also emphasized that Chinese engineers will build infrastructure to meet the demands of regions vulnerable to natural catastrophes using sustainable design principles. He went on to say that this would not be a straightforward assignment because inflation is a major problem in the nation’s economy, which hinders development.
