President Tourism for Interfaith Peace and Development and President Lakeshore Club, Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, while extending heartfelt congratulations to the Christian community on the occasion of Christmas Day, said that Christmas conveys a message of love, peace, brotherhood and tolerance, which forms the foundation of a strong and prosperous society.
He said that the Christian community has rendered invaluable services to Pakistan’s economic development, education, health and social sectors, which can never be forgotten. He emphasized that respect for minorities and interfaith harmony are the true guarantees of national development and stability.
He further stated that the business community will continue to play its role in promoting religious harmony, tolerance and mutual respect in the country. He prayed that this sacred day brings peace, prosperity and progress to the country and makes Pakistan stronger and more united.
