Civil Work in Sector E-12/4 by CDA
Islamabad: On March 9, news outlets stated that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) awarded the contract for the development of the newly established Sector E-12/4.

This will be the newest addition to the current sectors of the federal capital. The CDA solicited bids from qualified firms for construction and civil engineering projects in Sector E-12/4. The winning bid was for 289,81 million Pakistani rupees (PKR)
According to a CDA spokeswoman, the contractor firm will be responsible for laying a drainage system, water supply, sewerage network, building connecting roads, including key highways, installing street lighting, and other development operations.

Additionally, development in the various subsystems of E-12 will proceed as anticipated. According to reports, the CDA invited permitted businesses to submit proposals during the first week of March, and five firms responded. It is vital to remember that Sector E-12 development has been halted since its inception in 1989. The CDA has just initiated construction in conformity with the revised Islamabad Master Plan.
