Commercial Plots, Shops Being Auctioned Off in Peshawar
According to a post on the official Facebook page of the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), the authority is preparing to auction off the leasing rights of 18 commercial businesses in the Hayatabad district of the city for a length of three years.
The extension of the road between PAF Square and Kutcheri Chowk in Kohat has been approved.
According to the notice, all 18 business establishments are located in Hayatabad Peshawar’s Sasta Bazar, Sector F8 Phase VI. The stores will be auctioned off on November 21, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the PDA office in Phase 5, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
In two other pieces, the administration has announced the auction dates for a commercial property and a cafeteria in the Hayatabad neighborhood. The 1.33 Kanal commercial property number A, which is located adjacent to Phase 4 of the Hayatabad Medical Complex, will be auctioned off on October 21.

The auctioned-off cafeteria will be furnished with a three-year lease on October 27. It is located within the Tatara Park. PDA office Phase 5 Hayatabad will hold all auctions at 11 a.m.
