DG Visits Fghea Apartment Projects, Orders Swift Action of Work
Mr. Tariq Rshid, the Director General (DG) of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), toured three apartment construction sites in the capital city on Friday (November 26). These projects comprised the Kashmir Avenue Apartments, the G-13 Chaklala Heights Apartments, and the Skyline Apartments in Islamabad.

According to the source, the DG requested expediting these projects’ development and completion. A spokesman of the FGEHA disclosed that construction on the three housing complexes is advancing rapidly and completion is imminent.
During his site inspection, the DG was informed that the Chaklala project contains 3,432 apartments.
There are 3,945 apartments in the Skyline Apartments. All these accommodations will be available to federal government personnel in the future.
In addition, it was disclosed that the FGEHA would initiate additional employee housing projects. This new project will address issues with housing for their staff. Additionally, the government has publicized Expressions of Interest (EoI) for land sharing in major media.
