DHA Multan Delivers Ownership of Sector U
After the successful transfer of Sectors M, Q, R, and Rumanza Golf Village, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration has now granted control of 10-marla plots in Sector U, according to a post on the authority’s official Facebook page.

Project Director Brig Shoaib Anwar Kayani spoke at the possession ceremony for Sector U and discussed the essential aspects of the housing programme and its planned projects.
Also, he described the ground-breaking customer incentives, which included a remission of development and utility fees. According to Mr. Kayani, the DHA Multan is resolutely committed to carrying out every component scheduled for the “Year of Livability” and prioritizes providing for its members.

According to the information provided about the incentives, members of Sector U who finish building their plots within a year of the DHA Multan possession date (May 31, 2022) will receive a full waiver of development fees.
Similar to this, those who build on their plots within 13 or 14 months after the date of possession are eligible for an 80% development fee remission. Members who complete their construction within 15–16 or 16–18 months of the possession date are eligible to receive a 60% and 50% development fee waiver, respectively.
