A sessions court on Wednesday granted interim bail to Aroob Jatoi, wife of popular YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman (Ducky Bhai), in a case involving the alleged promotion of online gambling.
The court barred authorities from arresting her until August 30 and ordered her to cooperate with investigators. It also sought an update from the investigating officer at the next hearing.
Meanwhile, Ducky Bhai remains in custody. A day earlier, a local court extended his physical remand for four more days at the request of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), which said more time was needed for questioning.
The YouTuber was arrested last week for allegedly promoting gambling platforms online.
