Residents of Balochistan’s Kalat district and the neighbouring territories experienced earthquake vibrations on Monday, which caused them to flee their houses in terror.
The National Seismological Centre reports that the earthquake’s Richter scale value was 4.4. It struck 40 kilometres below the surface of the earth, with its epicentre 43 kilometres southeast of Kalat.
A moment of anxiety and fear was brought on by the vibrations. But thus far, there have been no reports of fatalities or property damage.
Emergency reaction teams have been put on standby to handle any unexpected events, and local authorities stated that the district administration is actively monitoring the situation.
