Expected Date for Eid-ul-Azha 2023 Revealed
According to astronomical calculations, it is highly probable that Eid-ul-Azha will be celebrated on 28 June, with the Day of Arafat falling on 27 June, as the new moon of Zil Hajj is expected to be born after the conjunction on Sunday, 18 June, at 8:38 PM.
Eid-ul-Azha, also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, is a significant Islamic festival celebrated worldwide. It involves Muslims coming together for communal prayers, acts of charity, and sacrificing an animal, usually a sheep.

The celebration honors the Prophet Ibrahim’s (Abraham’s) readiness to offer his son Ismail (Ishmael) as a sacrifice in compliance with Allah’s will. It is observed on the tenth day of the Islamic lunar calendar’s twelfth and final month, Dhu al-Hijjah.
On the Day of Arafat, Muslim pilgrims gather on the fields of Arafat, situated outside Makkah, which is a crucial aspect of the Hajj pilgrimage.
This day holds immense significance as it is believed that Allah forgives the sins of all the pilgrims who genuinely repent.
