Date of Phase 2 Balloting in Faisal Town

The location of the first and only balloting, which is scheduled for May 5, 2024, remains unknown. We’ll let you know as soon as the Faisal Town Phase 2 management releases information regarding the location.

Deadline for Clearance of Dues

The deadline for paying dues has been set by the Faisal Town Phase 2 management in addition to the balloting date. By April 26, 2024, all customers who wish to have their plots included in this ballot must pay their outstanding balances.

Balloting Criteria

distinct client types have distinct balloting criteria, which we shall go over below:

First Category

Members in the first category are those who have paid in full for their files at a 20% discount. 

Their plots will be prioritized and positioned in front of social groups.

Second Category 

Clients who wish to pay a lump sum payment against their files make up the second group of clients. In addition to receiving a 15% discount, they will also be prioritized and placed in the first category.

Third Category

Customers who will submit at least nine installments against their plots fall into the third tier. They will be given priority over first-category consumers and receive a 7% discount.

Forth Category

This group includes those who wish to make regular installment payments; in order to participate in the balloting, these customers must make at least six installment payments.

It is significant to note that participation in the exclusive Faisal Town Phase balloting requires the clearance of at least six installments.

After the main balloting, numbers will be issued to those who did not participate. Plot numbers will be assigned following the customers’ full cash settlement.
