The basic paper for undertaking statements must be used by members who want to open file transfers. The owner of the housing society’s open file holder will also be accountable for the following:

• The open files for Faisal Town 2 will only be available for six months.
• A signed agreement from the prior owner must be obtained if someone purchased an open file off the market. The Faisal Town headquarters will see to it that the agreement’s verification is handled.
• The members who are in possession of the files will be regarded as the owners, and they will be in charge of paying the installments and other fees.
• The member will be responsible for paying the escalation charges in accordance with the company policy if they miss three installment payments.
• The company has the full right to cancel the file and deduct 20% of the total sum as service fees if the owner fails to submit four or more installments against the file. Additionally, the owner will receive a credit for the remaining sum.
• The member must pay the escalation, restoration, and pending installments in accordance with the Faisal Town Phase 2 open file policy if they miss one or more of the four installment payments.
