FGEHA Told to Redress Grievances of F-14, F-15 Landowners
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) to resolve the complaints of the impacted landowners of F-14 and F-15 within six weeks.
When considering similar petitions against the acquisition of land for various sectors, IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah reminded the FGEHA that landowners were the primary partners in the development of any sector but that the authority was treating them differently.
It should be mentioned that the FGEHA executive board unanimously approved one plan for each of its members after the balloting of plots for F-14 and F-15 on August 17.
Additionally, he went to the ongoing projects in Lifestyle Residency G-13, G-15/3, F-14, and F-15 and requested that they be finished on schedule.

The authority had begun supplying G-14/4 with potable water for the first time thanks to the newly finished water delivery infrastructure, the DG was informed. Potable water was previously only delivered to the sector by private tankers.
