A serious criminal case has been registered at Lahore’s Nawab Town police station against five individuals, including well-known YouTubers Rajab Butt and Maan Dogar, following allegations of rape, blackmail, and illegal confinement made by a female social media activist.
According to the FIR, the woman alleges that she became acquainted with Salman Haider, a cousin of Rajab Butt, through social media. She claims that Salman drugged and raped her, recorded explicit videos, and later used the footage to blackmail her. The complaint further states that she was confined in a house belonging to Salman Butt, where Rajab Butt allegedly locked her in a room against her will. Other individuals, including Maan Dogar, were reportedly present during her confinement.

Police have confirmed that the case has been filed under the relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code, and an investigation is underway to establish the facts and determine the role of each accused person. The allegations have sparked widespread concern on social media, as calls for justice and accountability gain momentum.
