On Tuesday, the gold rate in Pakistan dropped by Rs. 1,000 per tola, closing at Rs. 261,500.
According to the Karachi Sarafa Association, the price of 24-carat gold dropped to Rs. 261,500 per tola. The price for 10 grams also dropped by Rs. 857, reaching Rs. 224,194.

The price of gold had been regular the day before at Rs. 262,500 per tola. Globally, gold prices remained primarily unchanged as traders awaited new US jobs data. Spot gold was priced at $2,498.87 per ounce, and US gold futures increased by 0.1 percent to $2,530.70.
The decline in the gold price reflects shifts in the precious metals market and global trading trends.
