Petroleum product prices have been lowered by the government for the next two weeks, starting at midnight on Thursday, October 16.
The official announcement states that the price of gasoline has been lowered by Rs5.66 per litre, resulting in a new rate of Rs263.2 per litre. With the revised rate set at Rs275.41 a litre, the price of high-speed diesel has decreased by Rs1.39 per litre.
The price of light diesel oil has decreased by Rs2.74 per litre, while kerosene oil has decreased by Rs3.26 per litre.
For the specified time frame, the updated pricing will be in force.
