The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared the closure of all hiking routes in Islamabad until March 23 in order to guarantee the parade’s seamless implementation. For this reason, from March 19 to March 23, Trails 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 will be inaccessible to the public from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Parade Day preparations are the reason for the closure, and in order to minimize any disruption during these days, the public is asked to abide by the decision. After Parade Day, the public will be able to use these paths, according to the CDA.
