About IBECHS

NOC IBECHS

Gulberg Residencia

The Gulberg Residencia is linked to the Gulberg Greens by a bridge, which is also linked to the Gulberg Residencia by a bridge that is currently under construction.
Gulberg Residencia is around 6 to 7 kilometers off the Islamabad Highway. A 220 ft wide Gulberg Expressway joins Gulberg Greens with Gulberg Residencia by a bridge that is currently under construction.
Gulberg Residencia’s master plan includes residential plots ranging in size from 200 to 1000 yards.
Project Details
Following the lead of other communities in the area, such as Park View City and Bahira Enclave, Gulberg Greens titled its blocks alphabetically. The entire project is separated into 21 distinct blocks labeled A through V, omitting U.
D is the commercial block of the built area of Gulberg Residencia, whereas the rest blocks are residential.
Plots ranging in size from 200 Sq.Yards to 272 Sq.Yards, 356 Sq.Yards, 500 Sq.Yards, and 1000 Sq.Yards are available in these blocks.
A Gulberg Expressway is being developed to connect the A and B blocks to the housing project’s commercial sector. The construction along this expressway will contribute to the creation of Islamabad’s newest Blue Area.
Blocks E, F, G, and J are entirely developed, and plots in these blocks are available for purchase. The block I am the next in line to be fully constructed and available for ownership. The majority of the development work in blocks H, O, V, T, and L is also nearing completion.Work on blocks A and B has also begun, and these will be completed soon.
The asphalt construction has been completed across society, and many streets have been paved, as well as a large network of roads in many blocks, making mobility much easier in the project.
