The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been urged by Federal Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi to enter into talks with “a clear heart and mind.”

Speaking on the Samaa TV show “Nadeem Malik Live” on Thursday, Abbasi stated that their relationship has never been perfect and that Khawaja Asif is significantly older than him. “You claim that your own party, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), is using a ‘hybrid system,’ despite being a senior politician,” he remarked.

“I do not accept the notion that the existing system is hybrid. You say I only follow policy, but the party makes all the decisions,” he continued.

According to Abbasi, the cabinet approves pay raises. He stated, “I don’t want to raise salaries to the point where questions are raised.”

“Donald Trump respects those who are powerful, just as Field Marshals have been honored,” Abbasi stated in reference to US President Donald Trump.

India is licking its wounds and is vanquished, he claimed.

Terrorism targets vulnerable areas.

According to State Minister Talal Chaudhry, terrorism is once again on the upswing, and soft targets are being picked more frequently. He claimed that while there isn’t a new nationwide counterterrorism operation going on right now, Operation “Azm-e-Istehkam” is still going on and consists of both kinetic and non-kinetic elements.

Chaudhry stated that the Safe City project in Peshawar is still unfinished and that “peace is our priority because economic activity depends on it.”

Results in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan are still limited because of weaker institutions, despite Punjab having a well-trained Counter-Terrorism Department with sufficient equipment.

He noted that, looking back at previous patterns, terrorism had decreased to almost nothing between 2017 and 2018, but it has subsequently increased again. He warned that terrorist attacks frequently turn into sectarian conflicts, particularly during Muharram.

“Today’s number of incidents related to terrorism is comparable to that of 2012.” There is a surge in terrorist activity if three or four individuals are martyred every day.

He criticized the political behavior of the PTI, claiming that their errors had led to the distribution of reserved seats to other candidates.
