Haval led Pakistan’s SUV market in December, emerging as the top-selling SUV brand of the month after delivering more than 1,000 vehicles nationwide. With total sales reaching 1,045 units, Haval maintained a clear lead over rival offerings from Toyota, reflecting strong and consistent buyer demand across the country.
The performance stood out during a period of mixed results for other automakers. Overall, Pakistan’s auto industry recorded a notable 27 percent month-on-month growth, driven largely by rising interest in SUVs alongside improving demand for more affordable entry-level cars.
Industry observers say the numbers highlight a shift in consumer preferences toward SUVs and suggest a gradual recovery in the local automobile market as confidence slowly returns and buyers explore newer models and segments.
