HEC Supports Rs 1.77 Billion for LCWU New Campus
Lahore: The budget for phase-I of the new campus of the Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) in Kala Shah Kaku was authorized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for Rs 1.77 billion.

In three years, phase I will be finished. A nursing school and departments of law and environmental science would be built during phase-I. Moreover, academic buildings and dorms for students would be built.
Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza, vice chancellor of LCWU, stated that the administration was attempting to introduce courses in medicine, law, and climatology to give women the chance to succeed in a variety of disciplines and contribute to national progress.
