On social media, a video of a tiny horse waking a girl by playing a keyboard has gone viral.
The video, which was shot at the Shriners for Children Medical Center in Pasadena, shows Black Pearl, a horse, gently waking a young patient with a tiny keyboard.
As a member of the Mini Therapy Horses program, Black Pearl frequently brings trained miniature horses to the facility to relax kids undergoing treatment.
Victoria Nodoff Netnell founded Mini Therapy Horses, a non-profit organization, in 2008. Through visits from specially trained miniature horses, it seeks to provide emotional support to children, veterans, and traumatized individuals.
